This spacious 1400 sq ft three bedroom two bath home is on a secluded half acre in The Springs, Clearwater Beach area of East Hampton.
This year we installed a solar system.
The savings in electrical costs are passed on directly to our renters. Unlike other rental owners we do not make you pay an elecrical bill for weekly, monthly or eveen seasonal rentals.
The house was recently hooked up to Suffolk water eliminating the low pressure problems that are common to most of the homes in the area still using well water. The worry of contamination from road salt and landscaping fertilizer has also been eliminated. Without a well pump running electricity costs are lower.
The in-ground pool is virtually maintenance free.
With the Tiger Shark robotic vacuum that works while you sleep, and the Pentair Intellichlor system There are NO chemical costs or the need for expensive pool service companies.
These improvements add up to between $100 and $150 in weekly savings. Other owners make you pay for that too.
With these systems filtering times are reduced resulting in significantly lower electrical usage.
The house has central heating and air conditioning.
The kitchen is loaded with all of the amenities that you are accustomed to and there is sufficient dinnerware for large groups.
The three bedrooms sleep six adults and with the queen sized sleeper sofa another two adults are easily accommodated.
All summer rentals include FREE access to the members only Clearwater Beach
This membership eliminates the extra cost of acquiring a town beach permit (currently $375).

New washer, dryer, and dish washer recently installed.
A Gas Grill is supplied for your use.
There are NO weekend only rentals available.
