Visa, Master, and Discover cards are also accepted.
All reservations require a 20% NON-Refundable Deposit
ONLY in the event of a double booking will a deposit be refunded.
The house will continue to be shown and advertised to prospective renters until a signed contract and Non-Refundable Deposit is received.
